ABOUT ME
Passionate researcher, teacher and organizer

I was born in Nagymuzsaly (Subcarpathia, Ukraine) in a hungarian family. I received MSc in biophysics under the supervision of Prof. László Nagy at the University of Szeged (Hungary) in 2010.

In the same year, I started graduate research at the Department of Chemical Informatics under the supervision of Prof. Béla Viskolcz. My work focused on the "Theoretical investigation of biologically important molecules". I have participated in various projects including atmospheric chemistry and the computational study of molecular ageing.

During the last coulple of years (2010 - ) I was a practical tutor and lecturer at the Inter-University Summer Course held in Szeged and Miskolc (Hungary) and organized by Prof. Imre G. Csizmadia (University of Toronto, Department of Chemistry) and Prof. Béla Viskolcz.

I was a Marie Curie Early Stage Researcher at the University of the Basque Country, Spain (2013-2016). I worked on the computational study of reaction mechanisms within the ECHONET-ITN and I received a PhD in Chemistry under the supervision of Prof. Enrique Gómez Bengoa.

From November 2016, I am a Research Fellow and sub-unit leader at the University of Miskolc.  Upon my return, I have started to finalize my second PhD dissertation in Materials Science and I successfully defended it in 2017. I am working on various projects including the molecular design of 'green' polimers, the computational study of antioxidants and the modeling of homogeneous catalytic processes.

Since 2016, I am member of the Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA). In 2017, I was elected to be the secretary of the Hungarian Chapter.

Since 2017, I am a lecturer in biophysics at the Ferenc Rákóczi II. Transcarpathian Hungarian Institute (Ukraine).
